You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us ( [email protected] ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) of your decision to cancel this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we must immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract, refund all payments we have received from you. We will use the same means of payment for this refund that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund.
Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
Your right of cancellation expires prematurely if you have expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the end of the cancellation period and you have acknowledged that by your consent, you lose your right of cancellation upon the commencement or consumption of the purchased tokens. The same applies if the account is deleted independently, as it is then no longer traceable whether tokens have already been started or consumed.
