Your chat data is stored only to allow access to previous conversations. It is not analyzed or used for other purposes.
4.) Deletion
You can delete your account and data at any time in “Settings”. Deletion from the production systems is completed within 24 hours. Technically required server backups may still contain the data for a maximum of seven days and are then automatically overwritten.
Unregistered users can delete their history via “Delete history”.
5.) Third Parties
To provide the service, requests are sent via APIs to third parties such as OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic. This data is not used for training purposes.
Please do not share sensitive data.
6.) Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability.
You can withdraw your consent at any time.
7.) Changes
We reserve the right to update this privacy policy if necessary.
8.) YouTube API Services
Our internal tool “ChatX Publisher” uses YouTube API Services to upload videos to our own YouTube channel “ChatX AI & Robotics” and to read our own channel statistics. By viewing our YouTube content you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). The tool is authorized only by the owner of our channel. We store only an access token and information about our own videos. We do not collect, store or share data of YouTube viewers or other channels, and we do not sell any data. Access can be revoked at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
