Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n

You have the right to withdraw from contracts within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins from the conclusion of the respective contract.<\/p>\n

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to send an informal notification via email to info@gull.ch<\/a>. Sending it before the deadline is sufficient.<\/p>\n

Consequences of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received without delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of the withdrawal. The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged.<\/p>\n

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal<\/h4>\n

The right of withdrawal may expire upon early use of the service, in particular when token balances are consumed or in case of extensive use of a subscription.<\/p>\n

In individual cases, we reserve the right to assess whether the use of the service or a withdrawal is of an abusive nature.<\/p>\n
