Return Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is proven to be defective. If you received a defective item, we are here to assist you. Please follow the steps below to initiate the return process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at [email protected] and provide us with the necessary details, including the product information and the defect you have encountered.

  2. Once we receive your message, we will promptly assess the situation and determine the best solution for you.
  3. If it is deemed necessary to return the product, please send it back to us. Upon receipt, we will thoroughly examine the item.
  4. Within a reasonable timeframe, we will notify you via email about whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement due to the defect.
  5. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will proceed accordingly, utilizing the original method of payment. Please note that only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund, while sale items are non-refundable.
  6. Kindly note that shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice are non-refundable. You are responsible for prepaying and insuring the shipping charges for all returns. Additionally, any loss or damage to the items during shipment is your responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your convenience.
  7. Please understand that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item. However, if we do receive it, we will process the refund promptly.
  8. It’s important to note that any refunded amounts will not include the cost of shipping.
  9. We have a flat fee of 7$ for return shippings if you want us to handle the return.

 

  • All returned items must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • All clearance items (prices marked in orange) are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Custom products, including printed T-shirts, mugs and promotional items, can’t be returned as these are custom-made for each customer. If, however, these products arrive damaged, you will be able to return them if reported to us within 72 hours of receipt.
  • Any shipping, order, or product problems — including but not limited to missing items, incorrect items, damaged items, assembly issues, or custom products not to the customer’s satisfaction — must be reported within 72 hours of package delivery by the carrier or attempted delivery to the address provided by the carrier.
  • If an item is purchased as part of a promotion where additional items are discounted with the purchase of a certain type of item (e.g. buy a t-shirt and get 20% off your entire order), a return of the promoted item (e.g. the t-shirt) will disallow the discount provided on the entire order (the discount will be removed from your order on the remaining items kept).
  • There are no returns on Daily One Time Products. These are limited-release items that launch at a specific time.
  • Refunds will be applied to the card or PayPal account you used to make the original purchase.
