Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order ships. If you haven’t received tracking information, please check your Junk Mail folder. Packages are delivered without a signature. Customers are responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. To request a signature for delivery, email [email protected] (additional $5.00 fee if the order is not processed).

International Orders: Customs, Tariffs, Duties, and Brokerage Fees:

International orders may be subject to import fees, customs duties, value added taxes (VAT), etc.

• If you refuse a package at customs, it may be destroyed or returned to us.
• Refunds for returned packages will only include the product(s) cost if undamaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
