Why fitting hashtags do more than random ones

Hashtags assign your post to a topic so that people who do not follow you yet see it too. What matters is the fit: a tag that describes exactly what is in the picture or video is more likely to reach the right audience. Under general tags such as #love or #photo so many posts appear that yours quickly gets lost there.

The generator reads your topic or text and, within the number usual for the platform, suggests a mix: a few broad hashtags for visibility, several medium ones on the topic and specific niche tags with place, style or audience. The number is fixed per platform: Instagram 20 to 30, TikTok 4 to 6, LinkedIn 3 to 5, X 1 to 3, YouTube 3 to 5, Pinterest and Facebook 5 to 10. With more than eight hashtags, a short breakdown into broad, medium and niche appears below; the language follows your text.

You need the tool whenever you post regularly and do not want to start from scratch every time: for product photos, recipes, travel shots, professional posts on LinkedIn or short videos on TikTok and YouTube.

How it works

  1. 1

    Describe the post

Enter the topic in two or three sentences or paste the finished post text.

  2. 2

    Choose the platform

Choose Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Pinterest or Facebook; that sets the number and style.

  3. 3

    Copy the hashtags

Put the line into your post or take only the tags that fit best.

  4. 4

    Adjust if needed

Keep writing in the chat, for example "niche hashtags only", "more about the place" or "in Spanish".

Typical uses

Instagram

20 to 30 fitting tags for photos, Reels and carousels, with niche and place, grouped into broad, medium and niche.

TikTok and YouTube Shorts

Four to six tags for TikTok, three to five for YouTube, that match the topic of the video instead of just #fyp.

LinkedIn

Three to five professional hashtags on industry and topic for professional posts and job ads.

X, Pinterest and Facebook

One to three tags for X, five to ten descriptive tags for pins and Facebook posts.

Good to know

  • A hashtag starts with # and contains no spaces and no special characters; accented characters work but are searched for less often.
  • For multi-word tags, capitalize each word (#VeganBananaBread): easier to read and better for screen readers.
  • Platforms also evaluate the caption and alt text; hashtags alone do not carry a post.
  • The number per platform is stored in the tool (Instagram 20 to 30, TikTok 4 to 6, LinkedIn 3 to 5, X 1 to 3, YouTube 3 to 5, Pinterest and Facebook 5 to 10) and takes precedence; on YouTube at most three hashtags appear above the title.
  • Usable without signing up with a starting allowance; each reply is billed by the model's actual usage (input and output, with thinking mode also the thinking phase).
  • You can switch the AI model at the top of the input field; the result remains a ready-to-copy line.

Frequently asked questions

How do I use the generator?

Write a few sentences about the post or paste your text and choose the platform, for example "Instagram: recipe for vegan banana bread". Without a platform, the rules for Instagram apply.

How many hashtags do I get?

The number is stored per platform and takes precedence: Instagram 20 to 30, TikTok 4 to 6, LinkedIn 3 to 5, X 1 to 3, YouTube 3 to 5, Pinterest and Facebook 5 to 10. Take as many tags from the line as you need; platform rules change, so check the platform's help pages for current limits.

What does "mixed reach" mean?

A few broad, heavily used hashtags for visibility, several medium ones and specific niche hashtags for the right audience. With more than eight tags the result shows this grouping below; with fewer tags the mix is in the line itself.

What language are the hashtags in?

In the language you write in. A few English hashtags are added if they are common on the platform. You can also explicitly ask for a language.

Does the generator show how often a hashtag is used?

No. The AI has no current figures from the platforms and is instructed not to state any. The split into broad, medium and niche is an estimate; you can only see on the platform itself whether a tag is currently restricted.

Should I use the same hashtags on every post?

Better not. Always identical sets look like spam to platforms. Have a new set generated per post and keep only two or three fixed brand or topic hashtags.

Can I refine the result?

Yes, simply keep writing in the chat, for example "fewer general hashtags", "more about the place" or "in Spanish". The number still follows the chosen platform.
